Senior Manager, Operations - Private Credit

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead operational readiness and ongoing oversight for complex private credit funds and investment vehicles
- Manage cash forecasting, capital activity, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions, credit facilities, borrowing bases, and liquidity planning
- Build and maintain fund models, projections, performance analytics, fee calculations, waterfalls, allocations, and reporting dashboards
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Portfolio Management, and Investor Relations on complex fund matters
- Support investor reporting, management reporting, due diligence requests, regulatory requirements
- Strengthen processes, controls, reconciliations, data governance, and operational procedures
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and AI to improve efficiency and reporting
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of progressive experience in private credit fund operations and fund finance
- Direct experience with direct lending and/or distressed credit investments
- Strong understanding of evergreen fund structures, private credit vehicles, investor allocations, capital activity, fees, liquidity, valuation, and credit facilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- CPA or advanced degree is a plus
