Senior Manager of Internal Communications

To support business objectives, the full-time Senior Manager of Internal Communications will develop and execute strategic internal communications programs, create engaging content, and foster stakeholder relationships in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Own internal communications strategy, planning, and governance to deliver effective employee-focused communications Create content and messaging to drive awareness and engagement around key organizational priorities and updates Build relationships with stakeholders, including executive leadership, to understand communication needs and serve as a strategic advisor Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field 8+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement Demonstrated experience developing communication strategies in a global organization Experience partnering with executive leaders on business-critical communications Proven ability to manage employee engagement programs and digital communications platforms
