Senior Manager of FP&A

To support a private equity-backed SaaS business, the full-time Senior Manager of FP&A will manage forecasting, budgeting, and KPI reporting while building scalable financial models to drive growth and M&A execution in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-accuracy revenue and operating profit forecasts, maintaining a low mean absolute percentage error for short-term outlooks Own the monthly performance package, including KPI scorecards, variance analysis, and actionable recommendations for executive leadership Build and maintain scalable, driver-based models that connect financial signals to business levers across revenue, margin, headcount, and cash flow Required Qualifications 6-9 years of progressive FP&A experience in a high-growth or PE-backed SaaS environment Strong fluency in SaaS/subscription business models and metrics, including ARR, NRR, and unit economics Proven ability to build and maintain sophisticated, audit-ready operating models Some direct exposure to M&A diligence and integration modeling Advanced proficiency in structured Excel or Google Sheets modeling; SQL proficiency preferred
