Key responsibilities Lead development activities across financial systems, including architecture, design, and deployment Define the technical roadmap for global ERP and EPM platforms, supporting cloud transformation Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and establish a shared roadmap for Financial Systems Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise ERP and financial reporting platforms Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance processes, including P2P, R2R, and O2C Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP APIs, and various cloud platforms Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a collaborative environment Effective cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
