Senior Manager of AI Practice

Managing a team of mentors, the full-time Senior Manager of AI Practice will oversee the delivery outcomes for approximately 200 AI-trained fellows, ensuring effective coaching and curriculum implementation in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Manage a team of mentors, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and maintaining coaching quality Own the delivery outcomes for fellows, ensuring instructional effectiveness and addressing performance issues Collaborate with strategic partners and manage the integration of curriculum through the Commons platform Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in software engineering management, product management, or related fields Proven experience in managing teams and improving performance, ideally in a technical or coaching capacity Experience in delivering operational outcomes at scale and implementing systems for quality assurance Strong teaching skills with the ability to lead live sessions and engage participants effectively Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and experience in scaling delivery processes
