We're seeking a hands-on Network Engineering leader to manage and mentor a team of engineers supporting one of the world's most demanding low-latency trading environments. This role combines people leadership, technical strategy, and project execution. You'll oversee the design, performance, and evolution of a global network infrastructure that supports mission-critical financial systems where reliability, speed, and stability are essential. Lead and develop a team of 6 Network Engineers across the Americas Drive network architecture, modernization, and strategic infrastructure projects Represent Network Engineering in cross-functional project meetings Partner with security, operations, cloud, and application teams Serve as a senior technical escalation point for complex networking issues Help define networking standards, best practices, and future technology direction
10+ years of Network Engineering experience
3+ years leading engineering teams or technical staff
Strong enterprise and data center networking background
Hands-on network automation experience using Python and APIs
Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
Experience in financial services, capital markets, trading, or high-frequency trading environments Experience with low-latency network design and optimization Knowledge of Arista, Cisco, and Juniper networking platforms CCIE or other advanced networking certifications
