  • Implement omnichannel communication tactics in line with overall strategy to ensure consistent and effective communication across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Support major neurology congress planning and execution, including development of congress communication plans, medical booth resources, session summaries, and post-congress field materials as appropriate.

Publications

  • Support and help drive the preparation and maintenance of rolling 18-month strategic publication plans from a local perspective in coordination with Global publications leads and local stakeholders, ensuring plans reflect Medical Affairs priorities, available resources, and evolving business needs.
  • Prepare for and follow up on actions from regular publication team meetings, aligning with goals set by the Medical Strategy Team.
  • Manage the process for review, approval, and submission/presentation of locally developed publications.
  • Support abstract planning, poster and oral presentation development, manuscript execution, and related congress publication deliverables for key neurology congresses.

  • Manage external agency partners to ensure quality and timelines of publications are met.

Overall

  • Develop and communicate publication and communication planning objectives, tactics, and processes to key stakeholders; guide complex problem solving, clarify priorities and accountabilities, and ensure proactive stakeholder involvement in delivery aligned with Medical Strategy Team guidance.
  • Manage project budgets, agency scopes of work, purchase orders, invoice tracking, and financial forecasting in collaboration with Finance and relevant functional leads, making decisions guided by policies, procedures, departmental objectives, priorities, and budget parameters.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with Medical Affairs colleagues and cross-functional partners at local and global levels, leading through influence to align priorities, timelines, and deliverables and contribute to business decisions within the role’s area of responsibility.
