Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to implement SAP solutions that optimize operational efficiency
- Leading teams in the strategic planning and execution of SAP application projects
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address business application challenges
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within SAP environments
- Directing teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and adaptability
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to improve project delivery
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to enhance team performance
- Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards within SAP consulting practices
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems
- Demonstrating advanced skills in SAP Consulting and SAP ERP
- Leveraging influence to drive strategic business outcomes
- Innovating processes through emerging technologies and enterprise integration
- Excelling in systems project management and technical consultation
- Developing training materials and coaching teams for operational excellence
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
