Leading complex mainframe solution design and delivery initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, Mainframe Architecture will drive strategic architecture for modernization and integration projects while engaging with clients remotely across the United States. Key Responsibilities Design and oversee cross-solution impact assessments for mainframe solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business requirements Engage proactively with client stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into logical process flows for mainframe applications Maintain and enhance the roadmap for client mainframe solutions, defining project scopes and monitoring implementation progress against SLAs Required Qualifications Minimum 6 years of experience in technical roles, with at least 3 years in architect or senior technical leadership positions Hands-on experience with mainframe platforms such as z/OS, CICS, IMS, and DB2 for a minimum of 5 years Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships in an external client-facing environment for at least 5 years Demonstrated expertise in mainframe modernization and hybrid integration solutions Strong knowledge of Ensono Delivery Methodology and mainframe service offerings
