- Develop strategies and tactics with LORBRENA and BRAFTOVI/MEKTOVI HCP and Patient leads to drive portfolio growth
- Lead planning and execution of regional, national, and global congresses as the US Lung Portfolio lead
- Identify and develop the Lung Speaker Bureau and manage speaker-program execution and training
- Partner with Sales Operations and Training to equip field teams with current messaging, sales aids, and data updates
- Coordinate customer-facing presence at congresses and speaker programs
- Measure marketing initiative impact, generate early learning, and drive continuous improvement
- Own promotional projects through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review and ensure compliance
- Coordinate work across cross-functional marketing colleagues, agencies, and stakeholders for promotional materials
- Propose and manage detailed budgets and external agencies, including briefs, projects, and timelines
- Maintain consistency with product positioning, brand guidelines, company goals, and ethics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 6+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing experience preferred
- Previous in-line US/global marketing experience and/or understanding of the advanced lung cancer landscape preferred
- Ability to develop actionable insights from complex clinical data and market research
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders, including senior executives
- Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and co-promotion partners
- Experience managing external agencies/vendors, project budgets, and timelines
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
- Oncology, specialty, or rare disease marketing experience preferred
- MBA or other related graduate-level degree preferred
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and lead colleagues through influence and persuasion
- Comfort with ambiguity and complex “white space” environments
- Agile mindset and track record of pushing boundaries and delivering under accelerated deadlines
- Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
- Requires permanent work authorization in the United States
- U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
- Domestic travel of up to 20% required
