Managing the enterprise application portfolio, the full-time Senior Manager, IT Applications will oversee the performance, compliance, and lifecycle of GxP/clinical systems and core IT applications while collaborating with Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, and HR teams in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Manage and maintain validated GxP/clinical systems and general enterprise IT applications, ensuring system uptime and performance Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective system solutions Lead a team of application analysts/administrators, managing vendor relationships and driving continuous improvement initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus 8+ years of IT applications experience, including at least 2 years in a management or team-lead role Hands-on experience with GxP/validated systems in a regulated life sciences environment Familiarity with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and computer system validation (CSV) practices Experience managing AI or machine learning initiatives and proficiency with AI tools to support project work
