A growing financial technology organization is seeking a Senior Manager of Internal Communications to drive strategic employee messaging and support company-wide initiatives. This role will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to craft clear, compelling communications around product launches, business priorities, and organizational change.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver company-wide internal communications and messaging
- Partner with leadership and teams across product, engineering, and financial services
- Support product launch communications and strategic initiatives
- Provide executive messaging, narrative development, and presentation support
- Drive change management communications in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 8–10 years of corporate communications experience
- Strong internal/employee communications background
- Experience communicating fintech products or initiatives
- Experience supporting senior leadership communications
- Strong writing, storytelling, and slide development skills
