- Lead implementation teams and manage customer implementations
- Ensure deliverables meet client SLAs, company standards, and operational objectives
- Partner with Operations, IT, Engineering, and PMO teams to conduct cross-functional process reviews
- Identify operational and system gaps and develop scalable solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using GXO Lean methodologies
- Manage project management, gap analysis, resource planning, financial validation, and ongoing performance measurement
- Serve as the primary escalation point for implementation issues
- Prepare customer-facing presentations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex operational challenges
- Coach, mentor, and develop implementation team members through onboarding, training, performance management, and talent development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 10-12 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, distribution, implementation, or supply chain operations
- 8-10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; 8 years with a Master's degree; or 5 years of business experience with a PhD
- Experience leading cross-functional implementation, continuous improvement, or operational excellence projects in a customer-focused environment
- Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies, project management, gap analysis, process improvement, and resource planning
- Experience leading teams through hiring, coaching, performance management, employee development, and organizational change
- Excellent communication, presentation, conflict resolution, customer relationship management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience collaborating across Operations, IT, Engineering, and PMO teams
- Lean Certification (Lean Six Sigma or equivalent) (preferred)
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), logistics technology, and customer-facing implementation projects (preferred)
- Experience developing executive presentations, facilitating cross-functional process reviews, and driving operational improvements across multiple business functions (preferred)
