Position Overview
Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, Couplings & Gearing, the Senior Manager, Human Resources serves as the lead HR business partner for U.S. manufacturing operations across seven sites supporting approximately 500 associates. As a member of the Operations leadership team, this role provides strategic HR leadership that enables business growth, organizational effectiveness, and leadership capability. This role is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and will require relocation to the area.
As a trusted advisor to Operations leadership, this role influences key business decisions and helps shape the future workforce across a multi-site manufacturing organization. This position offers significant visibility and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on organizational performance, leadership capability, and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead HR business partner for U.S. manufacturing operations, aligning talent and organization strategies with business priorities.
- Partner with Operations leadership to develop workforce, talent, and succession strategies that build organizational capability and support business growth.
- Provide functional leadership, coaching, and development to site HR Managers, strengthening HR capability and consistency across our sites.
- Coach leaders on performance management, leadership effectiveness, associate development, and organizational change.
- Lead organizational design, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives that improve business performance.
- Guide complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR practices.
- Leverage workforce analytics and business insights to drive decision-making, measure organizational health, and advance Regal Rexnord's culture and continuous improvement mindset.
