Senior Manager, Human ResourcesPosition Summary:Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm100% on-siteCatalent's 206,878-square-foot Bensalem/ Northeast Philadelphia area facility serves as the global Center of Excellence for Clinical Supply Packaging, offering GMP secondary packaging and clinical labeling services. The site provides manual to fully automated packaging solutions, including temperature-controlled options for sensitive products. Come and be part of a team that delivers industry-leading quality and innovation.The Senior Manager, Human Resources will support the team by developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.

The Senior Manager, Human Resources role involves overseeing talent management, employee management, organizational design, and HR operations to ensure a high-performing and motivated workforce.The Role:Acts as a HR business partner to site Quality, Finance and Project Management leaders, as well as the VP, Project Management to support the function globallySupports the HR Function to drive greater efficiency, quality and consistency in the strategy and execution of key HR processes, programs and policies across the region and worldwideCollaborate with the Director, HR to develop and execute HR strategies that support the site and segment's goalsPartner with TA on the recruitment and selection process for the functional teams to attract top talentManage performance management systems to drive high performance and career development; Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivityManage HR operations, including employee relations, HR policies, and compliance; Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR processesAll other duties as assignedThe Candidate:Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master's Degree is preferredMinimum of eight years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role is requiredStrong knowledge of employment laws and regulations is requiredIndividual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 poundsWhy you should join Catalent:Defined career path and annual performance review and feedback processDiverse, inclusive culturePotential for career growth on an expanding team within an organization dedicated to preserving and bettering lives152 hours of PTO + 8 paid holidaysGenerous 401K matchMedical, dental and vision benefitsTuition Reimbursement - Let us help you finish your degree or start a new degree!Catalent offers rewarding opportunities to further your career!
