Senior Manager Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR guidance, oversee employee relations, investigations, accommodations, and complex workplace matters.
• Lead employee engagement, culture initiatives, leadership development, and change management.
• Oversee HR operations, policies, employee lifecycle processes, and multi-state employment compliance.
• Partner with Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and other stakeholders on risk management, audits, and process improvements.
• Lead and develop HR team members while enhancing employee experience and operational effectiveness.
