Senior Manager HR Business Partner

To support organizational effectiveness, the full-time Senior Manager HR Business Partner will lead organizational design initiatives, workforce planning, and strategic HR consultation while working remotely from approved states. Key responsibilities Manage the design and implementation of organizational design initiatives, including conducting assessments and developing actionable recommendations Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner, providing consultation on talent strategy, workforce planning, and leadership challenges for assigned client groups Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of organizational design with strategic priorities and equity standards Required qualifications 8 years of progressive experience in human resources focused on organizational design and HRBP roles, including at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP capacity Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field Experience with data analysis and project management, including translating strategic direction into detailed execution plans Familiarity with organizational design methodologies and compensation principles Proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably Workday, for organizational reporting and analysis
