Senior Manager - Healthcare Tax & Advisory Services

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced advisor to join our Healthcare practice, where you will use your expertise in taxation, accounting and consulting to help clients achieve success.

Our Healthcare Advisors are active members of leading healthcare associations and organizations, and we are dedicated to understanding the day‑to‑day challenges of the industry and providing trustworthy advice to help clients maximize efficiency, revenue and compliance.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Develop and implement innovative solutions for clients’ taxation, practice management and financial needs.
• Lead tax planning discussions and review financial statements.
• Manage the completion of individual, corporate and other entity tax returns.
• Advise on physician compensation, profitability and operational performance.
• Serve as a trusted business advisor to practice owners and build sustainable relationships.
• Provide a “wow” client experience and identify opportunities to introduce other Rehmann specialists.
• Act as a face of the Firm in the Healthcare space and support business development.
• Collaborate internally to foster teamwork and cultural values.

Desired Skills, Values & Experience

• 8+ years of taxation, accounting and consulting experience.
• Experience working with or for healthcare organizations.
• CPA, CHBC or other related certifications desired.
• Outstanding client service and communication skills.
• Commitment to developing deep, meaningful relationships in the business community.
• Track record of profitable, sustainable client relationships.
• Technical expertise for complex tax and accounting engagements.
• Motivation for innovative business solutions in a team environment.
