Key responsibilities Define and execute procurement category strategies to improve margins and align with business growth Structure and run competitive RFP processes to secure optimal cost and commercial terms with manufacturing partners Partner with material sourcing teams to ensure competitive pricing and negotiate launch costing for new products Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in a retail apparel environment Proven track record of running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation Strong analytical skills with a comfort in data-driven decision making Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
