Leading the engineering and modernization of the Finance Data Platform, the full-time Senior Manager, Finance Data Platform will oversee a team responsible for delivering scalable data solutions while collaborating with Finance stakeholders in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the engineering, delivery, and ongoing evolution of the Finance Data Platform Translate complex Finance requirements into scalable technical solutions and establish clear priorities across Finance enhancements Drive the modernization and migration of Finance data capabilities onto the enterprise Databricks Lakehouse platform Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in data engineering, enterprise data platforms, or financial data systems 3+ years of experience leading data engineering or financial data teams Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, or comparable cloud data technologies Advanced SQL skills with knowledge of data engineering, ETL/ELT, and performance optimization Strong understanding of financial data processes, including P&L, FP&A, and financial reporting
