Oversee monthly and annual close, financial reporting, reconciliations, accounting policies, and internal controls. Manage and develop the finance team, establishing clear priorities, accountability, and growth paths. What you bring: 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant accounting or controllership background. Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, revenue recognition, subscription revenue models, and international tax and VAT/GST. Proven people management, financial systems improvement, and cross-functional advisory skills. About you: You are a hands-on finance leader comfortable with detail and big-picture strategy.
