To support executive talent acquisition, the full-time Senior Manager, Executive Recruiting will leverage search expertise and market insights to identify, attract, and hire leadership talent for Senior Director-level and above positions in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Develop consultative sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines in partnership with hiring managers and recruitment teams Engage and assess qualified candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Provide recruitment support from sourcing through onboarding, while maintaining effective relationships with business leaders and sharing market insights Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred Minimum 8 years of experience in executive search and full-cycle recruiting for Senior Director-level and above roles Experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, life sciences, or healthcare industries Strong understanding of pharmaceutical functions and industry talent landscapes Proficiency with ATS/TMS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
