To support environmental due diligence initiatives across a growing U.S. data center portfolio, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Environmental Compliance will manage permitting processes, provide subject matter expertise, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Key responsibilities Develop and implement standardized procedures and training programs for environmental due diligence and permitting Provide expertise on environmental assessments and permitting, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments Engage with external stakeholders and track changes to U.S. environmental regulations to develop compliance strategies Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in environmental permitting, compliance, and due diligence, preferably in data centers or large-scale industrial development Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, particularly in air quality and environmental noise Experience managing environmental permitting for high-impact infrastructure projects Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; a relevant graduate degree or certification is a plus Proven ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements effectively to diverse audiences
