Senior Manager / Director, Payer Enrollment Operations (Fully Remote)

Medallion's Payer Enrollment team gets providers enrolled with health plans so they can see patients and get paid. We're bringing on a large enterprise customer and need an operator to launch the client successfully. What You'll Do: Launch the account, stand up the team, and run it day to day against demanding SLA and quality commitments. Own end-to-end delivery, client health, and lead an on/offshore team of specialists and analysts. Build leverage by automating manual work, owning account economics, and creating playbooks for future launches. What We're Looking For: 5+ years in strategy & operations, BizOps, management consulting, or operations leadership. Strong bias for action, structured problem solving, and comfort with data; SQL a plus. Experience leading teams, including offshore or vendor teams, with strong client presence and clear communication.
