Key responsibilities Manage the overall portfolio management function, ensuring initiatives align with strategic objectives and operational priorities Lead the PMO function to plan, coordinate, and deliver strategic business initiatives while establishing project management standards Provide oversight to Agile Product Managers and Product Owners, ensuring effective backlog management and alignment with business priorities Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in portfolio management, program management, or Agile delivery Demonstrated success in leading large-scale portfolios and organizational transformation efforts Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and enterprise delivery frameworks Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed organizations
