Team Description

The Entity Resolution Systems team builds and ships state‑of‑the‑art machine learning solutions to support entity resolution within the enterprise. A core capability that powers a wide range of use cases spanning marketing to customer servicing, our work has immediate impact across multiple lines of business. We partner with product, tech, and design teams to deliver personalized experiences for our data and platform users.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a cross‑functional team of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to build a next‑generation entity resolution solution using cutting‑edge machine learning approaches.
• Leverage a broad stack of technologies – Python, AWS, Spark, modern models such as transformers, graph ML, and more – to extract insights from huge volumes of numeric and textual data.
• Build machine learning models through all phases of development, from design, training, evaluation, validation, and implementation.
• Leverage agentic AI tools and workflows to build and test solutions.
• Translate complex work into tangible business goals with strong interpersonal skills.

• Statistically‑mindful – built models, validated them, back‑tested, and can interpret confusion matrices or ROC curves. Experience with clustering, classification, sentiment analysis, time‑series, and deep learning.
• Data guru – comfortable retrieving, combining, and analyzing data from a variety of sources; understand that data is often key to great data science.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related) plus 7years of experience performing data analytics.
• Master’s Degree or MBA with quantitative concentration plus 5years of experience performing data analytics.
• PhD in a quantitative field plus 2years of experience performing data analytics.
• At least 2years of experience leveraging open‑source programming languages for large‑scale data analysis.
• At least 2years of experience working with machine learning.
• At least 2years of experience utilizing relational databases.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in a “STEM” field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
• Experience working with AWS.
• At least 5years’ experience in Python, Scala, or R.
• At least 5years’ experience with machine learning.
• At least 5years’ experience with SQL.
• Capitalize sponsorship for employment authorization is possible.

Salary

• McLean, VA: $229,900 – $262,400 (Sr‑Mgr, Data Science)
• NewYork,NY: $250,800 – $286,200 (Sr‑Mgr, Data Science)
• SanJose,CA: $250,800 – $286,200 (Sr‑Mgr, Data Science)
