Leading operational excellence for enterprise data platforms, the full-time Senior Manager, Data & AI Platforms Reliability will oversee production support, incident management, and continuous service improvement in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Own production support for enterprise data platforms and lead incident, problem, change, and release management processes Manage day-to-day operations of Databricks Lakehouse and other enterprise data services, ensuring platform stability and performance Establish monitoring standards and implement automation to enhance operational reliability and efficiency Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field 10+ years supporting enterprise data platforms with 5+ years in technical operations or production support leadership Hands-on experience with Databricks, including Delta Lake and Lakehouse architecture Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud data platforms, particularly Azure Expertise in SQL and performance tuning, along with experience in major incident management
