Senior Manager, Customer Marketing Remote | Equity

Jump App is seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Marketing to establish and scale our customer marketing function. You will create and lead programs that turn successful customers into advocates, develop case studies, and drive a proactive reference program that strengthens sales leverage.

You will manage partnerships with flagship clients, launch Jump Club and advisory boards, and work with Sales and CS to drive renewals, expansions, and measurable social proof across channels.
