Senior Manager, Communications Strategy

To support business objectives and strengthen stakeholder engagement, the full-time Senior Manager, Communications Strategy will define and execute audience-specific communications strategies across multiple regions, focusing on enhancing communication best practices and driving sales growth through various channels in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Advise senior leaders on communications strategy and execution for key initiatives across multiple regions Develop and implement communication plans aligned with business objectives for assigned audience and regional groups Measure and analyze communications outcomes to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required 8+ years of experience in communications, journalism, or corporate communications with a successful track record Experience in matrix organizations with exposure to senior stakeholder management Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills Experience in change management practices and communications governance
