Senior Manager, Commercial Finance

To support a disciplined commercial finance function, the full-time Senior Manager, Commercial Finance will manage revenue forecast integrity, enforce margin governance, and act as a financial partner to General Managers and Business Unit leaders in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities Own revenue pipeline validation and conversion assumptions while partnering with Sales and GMs to challenge forecast inputs Establish and enforce contribution margin thresholds, reviewing significant deals pre-contract to prevent margin erosion Act as a financial challenger in commercial discussions, elevating structural risks and escalating material issues through defined governance processes Required Qualifications Proven experience in commercial finance or a related field Strong understanding of revenue forecasting and margin governance Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in Pricing, FP&A, and Accounting Ability to analyze and codify pricing exception processes and documentation standards Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred
