To support the development of innovative cloud services, the full-time Senior Manager, Cloud Engineering will lead a distributed team, define technical and operational strategies, and drive continuous improvement in engineering standards while working in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities Define technical, product, operational, and organizational strategies for public cloud services Lead and mentor a diverse, distributed engineering team to enhance accountability and performance Guide teams through architecture and security reviews while implementing security features to improve platform security Required qualifications Minimum of 3 years in a senior management role 5 years of experience in distributed systems or cloud services BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Strong understanding of core cloud infrastructure including compute, virtual networking, and storage Exceptional leadership and people management skills with experience in performance benchmarking and optimization
