Responsibilities
- Provide pro‑active and effective real estate management for the Private Bank
- Responsible and accountable for risk management and ensuring positive customer experience
- Provide oversight for a diverse portfolio of properties
- Coordinate property management activities
- Lead negotiations for purchases, sales, and leases
- Manage multiple renovation and repair projects
- Present testimonials before probate court
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Real estate salesperson license or coursework completed for license
- Minimum of five years’ work related experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent organization skills for multi-tasking
- Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer relations.
