Responsibilities
- Responsible for collaborative implementation, support, and on-going optimization of clinical informatics
- Manage staff performance in informatics initiatives
- Promote safe, effective, and efficient use of information technology in clinical settings
- Work across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals
- Collaborate with senior management and peers on strategy development and execution planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing or Bachelor's/Master's: Informatics, BA, Health Care Administration, Public Administration or related healthcare field.
- 8 years Related experience.
- 6 years Leadership experience.
- Upon hire: Certification in Informatics
- Upon hire: Epic Certification in one or more applications
- Upon hire: Informatics certifications or credentialing (may be equivalent for up to 2 years of experience for this position at the hiring manager’s discretion)
Core Competencies
Demonstrates expertise in clinical informatics implementation and optimization, with a strong focus on leadership and collaboration across functions. Holds relevant certifications and extensive experience in managing informatics initiatives within healthcare settings.
