Leading the administration of clinical and operational data platforms, the full-time Senior Manager Business Systems will establish operational models, manage a team, and ensure compliance and quality in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own and optimize the system administration operating model for clinical and operational systems Lead and develop the business system administrator team, setting priorities and ensuring consistent execution Manage the intake process, including triage, prioritization, and performance reporting to stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in health/life sciences or technology-related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 6 years of experience in drug development and administration of clinical and operational systems Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC and GxP/ICH/FDA expectations Strong project management and stakeholder management skills Data stewardship and compliance mindset related to data quality and governance principles
