Leading the analysis and management of institutional performance information, the full-time Senior Manager, Business Performance & Analysis will support evidence-based decision-making across ALU by translating complex data into actionable insights and recommendations while working remotely in Sub-Saharan Africa. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement ALU's institutional performance framework, including KPIs and performance measures Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to leadership Produce high-quality management reports and dashboards that focus on material performance issues and support strategic decision-making Required Qualifications 10+ years of relevant professional experience in business performance, analytics, or related fields Demonstrable experience in developing and managing institutional performance frameworks and reporting Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations for senior decision-makers Experience producing executive-level performance reports and dashboards Strong proficiency in analytics tools, including advanced Excel and Power BI
