Leading the strategy and delivery of a Salesforce ecosystem, the full-time Senior Manager, Business Applications will manage a team of Salesforce professionals, oversee platform architecture, and ensure compliance while collaborating with various business units in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators and developers, managing hiring and performance Own the strategy and governance of the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring scalability and compliance for over 1,000 users Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, including custom objects and integrations Required qualifications Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, including architecture and security design Strong understanding of Salesforce security models and experience in conducting security reviews Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps Experience with Salesforce integration architecture and DevOps practices, including CI/CD tooling Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their implications for Salesforce configurations
