Senior Manager Brand Partnerships

Supporting the execution of global brand partnerships, the full-time Senior Manager Brand Partnerships will manage outreach to new partners, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with internal teams in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Source and engage new brand partners, including top-tier fashion and family brands Negotiate contracts and manage deal memos, ensuring alignment with internal collaborators Oversee the entire Manufacturing Agreement process and maintain contract tracking for partnerships Required qualifications 8+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in partnerships contract management Established relationships in the licensing and collaborations industry, particularly in fashion and CPG brands Experience with legal contracts and contract negotiations Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
