Responsibilities
- Act as engineering owner for CT surface equipment and tools including reels, injectors, pressure systems, controls, and powerpacks
- Lead sustaining engineering response for failures, non-conformances, and performance issues, including RCAs and corrective actions
- Govern operating envelopes, inspection requirements, repair limits, refurbishment standards, and upgrade strategies
- Drive reliability, standardization, and lifecycle cost reduction initiatives
- Provide engineering input for AMO tenders and projects
- Provide sustaining engineering oversight for CT downhole tools and support tool failure investigations
- Lead and mentor sustaining engineers and technical specialists
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
- Have 10+ years Coiled Tubing experience with in-depth surface equipment expertise
- Have 5+ years Global CT operational experience
- Have experience with pressure-containing equipment, mechanical systems, hydraulics, and controls
- Have a structured problem-solving mindset with experience driving RCAs and continuous improvement
- Have ability to influence without authority and lead technical decisions in complex operational environments
