Leading the operating model for enterprise AI adoption, the full-time Senior Manager, AI Programs will oversee AI platform evaluation, integrations, and responsible deployment while ensuring alignment with business priorities in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Own and improve the enterprise AI operating model, including workflows, review criteria, and documentation standards Lead intake, review, and approval activities for AI tools and platforms, ensuring technical fit and compliance with security and scalability standards Create and support materials to facilitate employee understanding of approved AI tools and responsible usage expectations Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in leading complex cross-functional technology programs, particularly in AI or enterprise technology Strong working knowledge of LLMs and generative AI architecture, including security implications and responsible deployment Hands-on experience with AI APIs and technical evaluation of AI-enabled services and platforms Bachelor's degree in business, technology, information systems, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various functions, including IT, Legal, and Finance
