Leading the AI Platform Enablement function, the full-time Senior Manager, AI Platform will oversee the development of a secure internal AI platform, manage operational strategies, and drive adoption initiatives while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead the roadmap, delivery, and operational strategy for the AI Platform Enablement function across multiple work-streams Define and execute a strategy for a governed internal AI platform environment in collaboration with the Enterprise AI team Drive enablement programs to facilitate the adoption of approved AI capabilities through structured training and resources Required qualifications 8+ years of experience leading technical programs or enterprise technology functions with a focus on people leadership Strong understanding of AI platform enablement, developer productivity, and secure operating models Experience with cloud developer workspaces, API gateways, and enterprise integration patterns Proven track record in platform strategy, adoption, and change management Strong communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences across technical and non-technical domains
