Senior Manager, AI Governance

To lead enterprise technical governance initiatives focused on AI, the full-time remote Senior Manager, AI Enablement Program Manager will design, oversee, and continuously improve governance frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional teams in security, data science, and compliance. Key responsibilities Establish and maintain AI governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating models Govern AI systems across their full lifecycle, ensuring compliance with security and risk frameworks Drive continuous improvement of governance practices to address emerging AI and security risks Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Risk Management, or equivalent experience Extensive program governance, risk management, security, privacy, or technology governance experience Hands-on participation in governance, risk, compliance, security, or AI oversight activities Formal training or demonstrated mastery in governance, risk management, cyber, and AI frameworks Knowledge of enterprise governance, risk management, and compliance principles
