Senior Manager, AI Cluster Engineering

To support the growth of AI and HPC cluster engineering, the full-time Senior Manager, AI Cluster Engineering will lead a team focused on engineering support, community training, and managing engineering requests in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead and grow a team dedicated to cluster engineering support and community involvement Develop an internal engineering community through onboarding, technical workshops, and knowledge sharing Own the request intake and prioritization process, ensuring clarity and tracking of engineering requests Required qualifications BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Science, or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience in high-performance computing, AI infrastructure, or large-scale Linux environments 5+ years of technical leadership or engineering management experience Practical understanding of Linux clusters, GPU workload scheduling, and cluster management Experience coordinating engineering requests and managing operational workflows
