Senior Manager, Advertising and Promotion

Reporting to the VP & Head of Global Regulatory Affairs Pharma, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Advertising and Promotion will manage the regulatory strategy, review, approval, and governance of promotional and labeling materials for pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards while aligning with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Chair PRC meetings and ensure actionable cross-functional review decisions are documented Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials across various channels, ensuring compliance with approved labeling and evidence standards Provide regulatory guidance and develop launch plans, coordinating with multiple departments to support compliant execution Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a scientific, pharmacy, biomedical, regulatory, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of progressive Regulatory Affairs experience in pharmaceutical or biologic organizations, with hands-on experience in advertising and promotion Experience with Veeva PromoMats and document management systems is mandatory Strong knowledge of FDA prescription drug promotion requirements and labeling development processes Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and maintain productive stakeholder relationships
