How You’ll Spend Your Day

• Participate in and contribute to accurate and timely monthly/quarterly closings for Teva USA and subsidiaries (review Global Business Service partners; prepare journal entries; prepare/analyze working papers, schedules, reconciliations; support internal consolidation; prior intercompany reporting and FX transactions strongly preferred).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and efficiencies.
• Support North America consolidation; provide quarterly analyses/disclosure forms for Corporate Accounting; prepare quarterly flux analyses.
• Perform/document technical accounting research; analyze impacts to North American financials; coordinate with Directors, global sites, and Corporate Accounting.
• Investigate/resolve GL issues; assist stakeholders with accounting questions; compile data and perform financial analyses.
• Review/adopt new technical accounting standards and research impacts to North American financials.
• Implement accounting policies/procedures to ensure compliance.
• Support innovative technology solutions.
• Liaise with external/internal auditors; support annual/quarterly reviews; maintain SOX compliance documentation.
• Other duties as assigned (e.g., statutory financial statements).

Your Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s in accounting or related field (required).
• CPA or MBA (preferred).
• 6+ years accounting and/or auditing (public or equivalent).
• US GAAP knowledge (required), SAP experience.
• Excel and analytical tools (Power Query, Power BI, BPC preferred/known); automation/process efficiency.
• Excellent communication/organization; experience leading/supervising staff.

• Timely/accurate accounting data and analysis for consolidation and external reporting.
• Timely/accurate information for positive auditor affirmation and internal control documentation.

Salary Range

$125,000–$157,000 annually.
