Supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Facilities Enterprise, the full-time fully remote Senior Management Analyst will provide strategic planning, medical facility requirements development, and healthcare facility policy support while leveraging expertise in military medical construction and facility management. Key responsibilities Serve as senior-level technical support to DHA-FE leadership on facility planning and strategic facility management matters Support the development of DHA facility-related policies and strategic planning guidance Research and synthesize facility program data into concise updates for senior leader decision-making Required qualifications Master's degree in engineering, architecture, healthcare administration/management, or business management with a healthcare concentration 15+ years of experience in military medical facilities' strategic planning and construction management On-site military medical construction management experience required 5+ years of experience writing/editing DoD or DHA facility-related policy documents Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
