The Washington Ballet seeks a Manager of Major Gifts and Planned Giving to lead front-line fundraising and expand the planned giving program. You will manage a major gift portfolio, work with the Director on high-capacity relationships, and advocate for TWB’s artistic, educational, and community programs.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in development and experience with donor databases and planned giving vehicles, with the ability to engage senior leadership and board volunteers.
