Providing premium software support for mainframe clients, the remote Senior Mainframe Systems Programmer will fulfill customer service orders, offer primary support for CICS TS-related issues, and assist in customer migrations while adhering to best practices and standards. Key responsibilities Fulfill customer service orders for CICS TS and related OEM software products in a timely manner Provide primary support for reported problems and assist in customer migrations related to CICS TS Execute tasks associated with disaster recovery plans and adhere to ITSM change control procedures Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 10+ years of experience on the zSeries platform with hands-on technical experience related to CICS TS Thorough knowledge of CICS TS capabilities, installation, and tailoring Strong analytical skills and understanding of CICS TS concepts and configuration Experience with IBM's SMP/E and performance monitoring of CICS TS regions
