Key responsibilities: Provide domain expertise and ensure application design aligns with the architectural blueprint Collaborate with delivery teams to integrate application enhancements and process improvements Conduct in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions Required qualifications: 5+ years of COBOL application development experience on mainframe financial software applications Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, TSO, ISPF, VSAM, EZTRIEVE, CICS, and IBM-MQ Experience with IBM or CA Suite of Development Products and Tools 5+ years of experience in application development support and IT operations Proven track record of managing and implementing projects from design to implementation
