To support the development and modernization of critical enterprise systems, the full-time Senior Mainframe Application Programmer will design, develop, test, and implement complex mainframe applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Design, develop, enhance, and maintain complex mainframe applications and software solutions Analyze business and system requirements to translate them into scalable technical solutions Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in mainframe application development and programming Experience working with IMS, DB2, COBOL, and CICS in enterprise mainframe environments Proven experience in software development lifecycle methodologies Experience with large-scale transactional systems and mission-critical applications
