Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Mainframe Administrator will provide support for the Rational Team Concert/Enterprise Workflow Manager (RTC/EWM) product, assisting users with troubleshooting, documenting procedures, and applying necessary maintenance or upgrades. Key responsibilities: Assist developers and users with RTC/EWM system support, including troubleshooting and maintenance Document procedures, user guides, and help guides to ensure accurate instructions for system usage Collaborate with vendors and other teams to implement system upgrades and maintenance as required Required qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's Degree plus 4+ years of IT Source Management experience or 6+ years of relevant experience Experience with Mainframe Code Development and Production Support Processes Understanding of Mainframe File Organization and Compile Processes Proficiency in Mainframe DB2 Development and Support, and troubleshooting with Mainframe and Java Client Experience in Rexx Script Development
